Asia is known for its efficiency, with cute, smart and convenient personal solutions available everywhere. Japanese Konbini stores "コンビニ" are a great example of this. When we returned to Europe, we were frustrated by the lack of access to these useful products. So, we created this online "Konbini" marketplace for the West.

Our Own Brand
MINI stands for "Miniaturized" and SAN (さん) in Japanese means "Dear." We chose this brand name to signify cute, portable, and effective products. Through our trademark, goMINISAN®, we select the best products for those on the go.
Building a Global Community: Konbiniverse®
Our project began many years ago with Federica, a girl from South Tyrol, who travels extensively for work to Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore. On each trip, she brought back many interesting products from convenience stores to use herself or to give to family and friends. Federica started sharing her passion online, gradually building a strong personal community. Then she had the idea to create a comprehensive database of the products she discovered. Her annual selection is now becoming the book "Konbiniverse®: Documenting Asia's Most Interesting and Cute Convenience Store Finds"
